Pre-planning for Special Events

First Step: Our top-notch staff will handle the Italian & French location and research of unique villas and castles, hotels and resorts - the best that Europe has to offer. This includes inspection and initial negotiation of the facility.

After the site selection, we take care of all details for you:
- hotel negotiations, supplier negotiation, and any necessary liaison with local government officials
- floorplan design and signage ordering and placement
- technical set-up, and catering set-up

On-Site Service for European & French Conferences & Grand Openings

Our personal service at the event begins with an airport meet and greet of your guests, with both group transfers and VIP transfers available. To enrich their stay here, we provide brochures and welcome packages with maps and local area information.

During the event, we handle all of the details:
